BSP SI supports the Deaf and Dumb - San Isidro Care Centre
In the past, counting on the deaf and dumb was always not considered because of their inability to hear and talk and they were often classified as being unfortunate. However nowadays they are acknowledged as members of the community with special needs.
The San Isidro Care Centre located at Aruligo, Northwest Guadalcanal is a facility operated by the Roman Catholic Church in Solomon Islands that saw the need to develop the capacities of these people so that they may become active members of the local community.
BSP Solomon Islands appreciates the great efforts of the Diocese of Honiara who had the passion to teach these disabled people, and has donated some BSP promotional items for their upcoming sports day on the 21st June 2019.
The sports day will involve lots of activities with BSP donating some Soccer and Volley Balls, Go Green Shirts, sports sling bags and drinking bottles.

This indicates that BSP has a heart for the disabled and for this I humbly thank the Management for the huge support rendered through these donations. Our sports day will highlight BSP as the Community Bank with this merchandise. We will pursue the spirit of sportsmanship for the duration of this sports day dedicating it to all our sponsors".
BSP wishes all participating teams a lot of fun and may the best team win in true sportsmanship spirit.
