What You’ll Need

Existing Customers:

Your current Photo ID and BSP Account details.
New Customers:
1
Primary ID: Current Passport, Driver’s License or Employment ID.

Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement or rental agreement.

Proof of Income: Employment letter, pay slips or rental agreement
4
Proof of Ownership: Copy of property title deed, Copy of Sales and Purchase Agreement, Letter of Acceptance by property owner for agreed purchase price.

Proof of Equity: 30% equity contribution to the property purchase price or total building cost for construction – paid receipt or bank statement.
